Lift stores account and profile information, password hashes, verification and MFA records, workout history, recommendation preferences and feedback, and friend connections.
We use this data to provide authentication, sync, progress, recommendations, friend features, security, and support. Cloudflare hosts account and synchronized app data, and Resend delivers transactional account email. We do not sell personal data.
You can export or delete your Lift data from Profile. In-app deletion removes the identity and synchronized app data. Limited security records and encrypted backups may remain for up to 30 additional days unless law requires longer retention.
Similar-user comparisons are off by default. Contact support@lift.garrett.one for access, correction, privacy, or support requests.
